Grand Forks Police: Willis Acted Alone

Police have finished the investigation of the deadly Walmart shooting in Grand Forks.

They released chilling video of the shooting along with the final details of the case.

Police believe that all of the information is in about the shooting that left Walmart employees Gregory Weiland dead, and Lisa Braun injured.

This surveillance video was taken from inside the Grand Forks Walmart on 32nd Avenue South around 1 a.m. on May 26th.

The video does not show any of the actual shooting but you can see Marcell Willis moving around the store with a gun.

He was a 21-year-old active airmen stationed at Grand Forks Air Force Base before he took his own life.

His autopsy showed a blood alcohol content of .19 percent and no drugs in his system.

There is no known connection between Willis and the victims of the shooting.

Police don’t think there are any co-conspirators.

They also say that nobody had any knowledge of what Willis was going to do when he walked into the store.
