HERO Grand Opening In Moorhead Center Mall

 HERO , a healthcare redistribution nonprofit, is opening a second location in Moorhead.
 
It’ll be a return to the city for the group.

HERO started in Moorhead 20 years ago but moved to Fargo five years ago.

HERO, or Healthcare Equipment Recycling Organization, collects and redistributes healthcare supplies to benefit those in need.

They hope the new Moorhead location will help to better serve the metro.
 
“We’re really excited to be back over in Moorhead. This is our first step into building our foundation as far as expanding, how can we expand into the next community,” said HERO Operations Director Georgia Dufault.
 
HERO works with social services to get equipment to those that qualify at no cost.
