The U.S. Marshalls Service is searching for a federal prisoner who escaped from jail in Devils Lake for the second time in two years.Wesley E. Brown III escaped from custody at the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center around 1:15 a.m. Saturday.He was in federal custody awaiting sentencing after he pleaded guilty last to charges of possession of a firearm by convicted felon and escape.Brown previously escaped a jail in Rugby in June of 2013.He is described as a six-foot-one- white man who weighs 250 pounds and has brown hair.He has tattoos on his arms, both sides of his neck, and one teardrop tattoo near his right eye.
