Approximately 3,550 accounts are still without service
(5:30 PM SUNDAY UPDATE) Arthur Area Minnkota crews are currently working on the Gardner-to-Grandin transmission line and expect it to be energized later today. This work required a temporary outage at the Gardner Substation, so members who briefly had power earlier may have experienced a second outage. Power should return once this work is complete.
