Two-year project will slow I-94 traffic between Alexandria and Osakis

Boy nearly drowns outside home in rural Vergas

VERGAS, Minn. (KVRR) — A young boy nearly drowned this morning in Otter Tail County. The sheriff’s office says a one-and-a-half-year-old boy had disappeared from his mom outside their home near Vergas.
