The Minot-based business filed for Chapter 11, which involves the reorganization of debts and assets.  The reorganization would allow Epic to continue operating under supervision of the court. FARGO (KVRR) – Vandals have been slashing tires on vehicles in downtown Fargo. Fargo police say officers responded to a report of vandalism at a parking ramp in the 600 block of 2nd Ave. N.
