BEMIDJI, Minn.–The victim of a shooting in Bemidji on February 17 has been identified. The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office identified 20-year-old Lupe Rosillo who died from a single gunshot wound to the torso. UPDATE: The victim and officers involved in a deadly shooting in Bemidji on November 19th have been identified. The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim as 34-year-old Vernon May of Red Lake.
