Victim of Vehicle Fire Near Buffalo, N.D. Identified
CASS CO., N.D. (KVRR) — Cass County authorities identify the victim of a vehicle fire on Sunday along I-94. He is 36-year-old Matthew Knight of Greenville, Ohio.
