BCA identifies victims and officers involved in deadly shooting in Moorhead on August 11
MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — Minnesota BCA has identified those involved in an officer-involved shooting in Moorhead on Monday night. 42-year-old Nathan Heiberg and 41-year-old Lucas Heiberg were killed.
