The sheriff's department says it can now operate unmanned aircraft systems over urban areas in which people live or gather.

RICHLAND CO., N.D. — A man is dead following a rollover crash three miles south of Wahpeton. North Dakota Highway Patrol received the call around 7:30 last night and found 44-year-old Christopher Olsen dead at the scene.
