MOORHEAD, MN (KVRR) – A solitary black bear has been spotted in Moorhead, roaming without incident through the MSUM and Concordia neighborhoods. FARGO, N.D. — People are concerned for their safety after seeing a coyote in a south Fargo neighborhood.
