BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR) — South Central Judicial District Judge Douglas Bahr has been appointed to the North Dakota Supreme Court. Gov. Doug Burgum announced Bahr will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Justice Gerald VandeWalle, effective February 1.
