Interstate 29 Road Construction Project to Begin Monday

Another major road construction project will begin on Monday.

Crews will begin work on a 12-mile section of I-29 from Main Avenue in Fargo to the Wild Rice bridge at the Davenport interchange.

Traffic in the Fargo metro will be impacted later on this summer.

Speeds will be reduced to 65-miles-per hour outside of town and 40 in town.

The concrete pavement repair project is expected to wrap-up in September.
