Toddler Killed in Car Accident

A 1-year-old child has been struck and killed by a vehicle in Park Rapids.

Hubbard County sheriff’s deputies say the child was hit by a 51-year-old man who was moving his vehicle after arriving at the youngster’s home Monday night.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating.
