Fargo Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

A Fargo man has pleaded guilty to child porn charges in federal court.

30-year-old Dewayne Barth II pleaded guilty to making, sending and possessing child porn.

Authorities say Barth was caught when Homeland Security searched an individual’s computer in Tennessee.

They say Barth had produced and sent images of a three-year-old child engaged in sex acts.

He faces between 20 and 60 years when he is sentenced in September.
