Former Moorhead Store Owner Facing 30 Years in Prison

The former owner of Discontent in Moorhead is on trial in Bismarck for selling synthetic drugs.

Thomas Teply and the manager of his skate shop are both accused of operating a business where synthetic drugs were sold.

Charges against eight store clerks were dropped after they agreed to cooperate with the investigation.

If convicted, Teply could get up to 30 years in prison.

His manager faces up to 45 years behind bars.

The trial is scheduled to last the rest of the week.
