Wanted Man in Fatal Accident Turns Himself In
A man involved in a fiery and deadly crash in Pennington County has turned himself in.
41-year-old Scott Srnsky of Thief River Falls now faces a charge of criminal vehicular homicide.
His roommate, 29-year-old Jacob Kasprocwicz of Warren, died in the crash north of Thief River.
Police say Srnsky was under the influence of meth and told them he and his roommate were playing chicken when his roommate died in the head-on crash.
