Person Identified in I-94 Rollover Crash
North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of a woman killed yesterday morning on I-94.
She is 61 year old Cynthia Elhard of Gackle, North Dakota.
The patrol says Elhard was driving a pickup and pulling a camper when she lost control, swerved and rolled west of Valley City.
She died at the scene.
A passenger was taken to the hospital in Valley city, treated and released.
