West Fargo Man Charged with Attempted Murder in Wahpeton Stabbing

A West Fargo man has been charged with attempted murder.

Police say 23 year old Jesse Wetsit stabbed a woman on Friday morning at an apartment in Wahpeton.

They say she was stabbed at least five times with a kitchen knife during an argument.

She was taken to the hospital in Breckenridge before being transferred to Fargo.

We have no word on her condition.

Wetsit also faces criminal trespass charges.
