Eight Texas Family Members Buried in Minnesota; Man Charged with Capital Murder

The caskets of eight family members will be lined up inside a church in a small Minnesota community, far from the Texas home where they were killed.

A service was held Monday in Houston, and another will be held Thursday in La Crescent, Minnesota, a city of about 5,000 along the Mississippi River.

The victims, including six children, will be buried in the area because the last surviving sibling lives there.

The mother’s ex-boyfriend is accused in the fatal shootings.
