Child Found Safe After Amber Alert Issued

A 3-year-old boy was found shortly after an Amber Alert was issued tonight.
 
Police says 34-year-old Emily Wollin illegally took her child, three-year-old Andrew Wollin.

Emily Wollin does not have legal custody of her son.

Police were concerned for Andrew’s well-being due to Emily’s medical history.

A press release issued about 20 minutes after the Amber Alert says Andrew was found with his mother in Moorhead. Police found the two by tracking a cell phone.

Andrew is being reunited with his custodial parent, and that Emily Wollin has been detained.
