Clean-Up Week Heating Up in Moorhead
Cleanup week is “literally” catching on fire in Moorhead.
Fire crews were called out late this afternoon to Village Green Drive and 29th Avenue South.
A garbage truck operator says a fire broke out on his truck.
He dumped the load of garbage on fire in the middle of the street to avoid it from spreading to the vehicle itself.
Some of the items in the trash set off some small explosions.
