High-Risk Sex Offender Moves Into Moorhead

A high-risk sex offender is out of prison and living in Moorhead.

30-year-old Daniel Grinder is living in the 700 block of 12th Street North.

Grinder was convicted of sexual misconduct with female victims that he knew who were under the age of 15.

Authorities say he used force, alcohol and manipulation on his victims.

Police do not plan a community notification meeting at this time.
