Commission Chairman: Army Corps, DOJ “Hypocritical” on DAPL

The Morton County Commission Chairman is calling the Army Corps and DOJ, hypocritical.

Cody Schulz is upset with the Corps announcement to further delay a decision on granting or denying the easement required for the Dakota Access Oil Pipeline under Lake Oahe.

He says the scope of the federal government’s inaction is breathtaking.

Schulz says they not only prolonged the outcome, but have refused law enforcement resources requested by the County and State to deal with what he sees as largely a federal issue.
