Petro Serve Buys Valley Dairy in the Grand Cities

Petro Serve USA is buying Valley Dairy locations in the grand cities.

The CEO says customers at the nine locations in Grand Forks-East Grand Forks won’t see many changes.

The name will remain “Valley Dairy”, but the pumps may get new Cenex, Tesoro or Exxon labels.

Petro Serve will have 33 locations in Minnesota and North Dakota with the acquisition of Valley Dairy.
