Federal Charges Filed Against DAPL Protester
Federal charges have been filed against a Colorado woman involved in the Dakota Access Pipeline protests.
Red Fawn Fallis, 37, is charged with being a felon in possession of a gun or ammunition.
She was arrested on October 27th after a struggle with law enforcement on Highway 1806.
Two shots were fired during the struggle, but no one was hurt.
Attempted murder charges filed against Fallis in state court have been dropped.
