No Charges Expected for Moorhead Bus Driver who Stranded 20 Students

Moorhead Police say charges are not expected against a school bus driver who suddenly ordered students off his bus and stranded about 20 of them.

The incident happened Tuesday afternoon near the Moorhead Industrial Park.

Moorhead Public Schools Superintendent Lynne Kovash says about 2-3 students are believed to have been involved in an altercation with the driver.

Kovash says incident reports were filed with Moorhead Police, Clay County Social Services and the Minnesota Department of Education.
