Murder Suspect Still on the Loose in Mendota Heights Killing

The suspect in that homicide, Lucifer Nguyen, was last seen in Stillwater

 

MENDOTA HEIGHTS, Minn. — Mendota Heights police say they have recovered the car belonging to Beverly Cory, the woman killed on Saturday.

Her killer has now been charged with murder.

Cory’s car was found at the Washington County fairgrounds in Lake Elmo.

The suspect in that homicide, Lucifer Nguyen, was last seen in Stillwater.

Police believe he is still in the metro area either on foot, taking public transportation, or asking people for a ride.

Authorities stress Nguyen is considered armed and dangerous.

Investigators from around the state are continuing to work to apprehend him.
