BURKE COUNTY, ND — Two rock n’ roll stars officially have records in North Dakota after being arrested at the border with Canada for marijuana.

Court documents show Melissa Etheridge was arrested in August in Burke County while heading from Canada into North Dakota.

Etheridge was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

People magazine reports she has pleaded not guilty.

Rocker Todd Rundgren was also arrested in Burke County in September for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
