Insane Inflatable 5k On Saturday Will Benefit A-T Children’s Project
Money will be raised in the names of Paetyn Harpstead and Wendy Nelson
WEST FARGO, N.D. — Get ready to take part in the most insane 5k you’ll ever be a part of and raise money for the A-T Children’s Project at the same time.
Insane Inflatable 5K is coming to the Red River Valley Fairgrounds on Saturday morning.
You’ll run, bounce and climb all over giant inflatables all along the course.
One of their charity partners is A-T Children’s Project.
A-T is a rare, genetic disease that attacks children, causing progressive loss of muscle control.
Money will be raised in the names of Paetyn Harpstead of Morris and Wendy Nelson of Grand Forks.
“She is 44 years old, the oldest living A-T patient in the United States,” said Pamela Skyberg Digby, A-T Volunteer Squad member and relative of Wendy’s.
“She is the only A-T patient who has lived long enough to develop breast cancer and beat it.”
If you sign up for the Insane Inflatable 5k using the code “ATCP5”, an additional $5 will be donated to A-T Children’s Project.
