Three Arrested In Fargo In On-Going Investigation Into Heroin Overdoses

FARGO, ND — An on-going drug investigation related to recent heroin overdoses in Fargo and Otter Tail County results in three arrests.

A number of departments served a warrant at 3414 Birdie Street North in Fargo around 10:30 Thursday morning.

Police say 39-year-old Joseph Kiedrowski of Fargo fled the scene but was found hiding in a nearby house.

He was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary.

39-year-old Billie Jo McGinnis-Kiedrowski of Fargo was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

47-year-old Gina Steyn of Ottertail, Minnesota was arrested for possession of a schedule II controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Others could face arrest and charges in this case.
