“Slamabama” Honored During National Police Week In Washington, D.C.

Band Honors Fallen Officers Including Jason Moszer With Song "Water Tower: Gone But Not Forgotten"

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Popular local band “Slamabama” is honored during National Police Week observances in Washington, D.C.

“In appreciation of your contribution to dedicated and continuous support for fallen law enforcement officers and their families across the nation. You exemplify your song and motto “Gone But Not Forgotten”. We are grateful for your recognition of Washington state Fraternal Order of Police May 15, 2019.”

Rosanna & Jay Juliano of “Slamabama” were honored for writing the song “Water Tower: Gone But Not Forgotten”, a tribute to fallen officers and for donating $10,000 to the Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Fund.

They have dedicated the song to numerous families of fallen officers including Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer who was killed in the line of duty in 2016.

The band was given the honor by their friends with the Washington FOP.
