High Risk Sex Offender Has New Address in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A high risk sex offender is now living at Centre Inc., a transitional re-entry center.

Police say 21-year-old Christopher Morrison was convicted earlier this year of sexual abuse of a minor in U.S. Federal Court.

Morrison is a lifetime registrant.
