True Crime Stories: True Crime Expo Comes to Fargo

FARGO — It’s one of the fastest-growing fan bases in the U.S.

And now, Fargo fans of true crime lore are invited to connect with real-life experts this weekend.

The True Crime Expo is launching its first convention on Saturday and Sunday.

It’ll feature folks from the Jacob Wetterling Foundation, as well as local and regional law enforcement and legal authorities.

It’ll also have guests from the Missing and Murdered Indigenous People’s Taskforce, Homeland Security, and the AARP.

Organizer Tony Tilton joined the Morning Show to talk about why interest in true crime isn’t just the fascination factor of sensational stories.
