VIDEO: Sheriff Releases Video of Teen Set on Fire By Another Teen in Sargent County

SARGENT CO., N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Forman, North Dakota teen is charged after another teen was set on fire in Sargent County last weekend.

Sheriff Travis Paeper says 19-year-old Lance Tyler used a torch to light the 15-year-old male victim on fire after he was sprayed with brake cleaner at a party.

It happened at a farm shop early Sunday morning.

This video of the incident is circulating on social media and the sheriff got a copy.

The victim received 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his neck, face and ear.

Tyler was arrested in Wahpeton and is charged with aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon and reckless endangerment.

The bond  was set at $10,000.

Charges are also pending for the juvenile male who sprayed the teen with the brake cleaner.
