LIVE: Summer Season Starts at Rosewild

FARGO — Summer is almost about to start and one of downtown Fargo’s most popular dining destinations is getting ready.

Rosewild is setting up their outdoor patio space for restaurant patrons ahead of the Mother’s Day weekend.

Rosewild’s Jack Lingle says reservations for brunch are filling up fast.

They’re launching a couple of signature warm-weather cocktails, including a strawberry rhubarb martini Lingle brought for the Morning Show folks to try.

And this month, they’re looking for your help with their annual ice cream contest.

You’re invited to suggest a new ice cream flavor — the more creative, the better.

Rosewild staff will select some candidates, then you can vote on your favorite.

Then, with the help of Silver Linings Creamery, they’ll craft the winning flavor and offer it at a free ice cream social at the end of the month.

Lingle visited with the Morning Show live about what goes into making a winning ice cream recipe and what to expect this weekend.
