FARGO — Did you know the Navy’s in show business now?

You probably didn’t, and according to a number of the professional musicians of the Navy Band Great Lakes, they didn’t either once upon a time.

They’re in town this week for Fargo’s third Navy Week, and they’re giving a series of free performances all through the metro all week long, including at the opening ceremony of the Fargo Air Sho.

Navy Week is a way for sailors from across the fleet to show the Fargo community the importance of what they do all across the country and the world, and to meet people here and get a taste of life in our region.

The Navy Band musicians sat down for a live interview on the Morning Show and gave us a special, in-studio show featuring two of their special performance pieces.
