LIVE: Pet Connection: Meet Courtney

POLK CO., Minn. — We’ve had some cuddly cuties on Pet Connection before, but Courtney might be the most affectionate of the cats so far.

And that’s saying something, because she follows last week’s beautiful Benedict, who got adopted in just 24 hours.

Courtney is continuing the roll we’ve been on lately on the Morning Show; she’s the third black cat we’ve been lucky enough to welcome into the studio in a week.

Rescue founder Sid came in to Smiley’s Rescue as a six-week-old baby last October with her mother and fellow litter of kittens.

She’s the last one remaining at the rescue, and she’s coming up on her first year with them.

October is a good time to take a second look at black cats, especially when they’re as sweet as she is.

She’s curious, very affectionate, and loves humans and dogs too.
