Fargo man accused of embezzling more than $2.7 million from employer

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fargo man has been charged for allegedly embezzling over $2.7 million from his employer.

Daniel Lindgren, 29, is facing one Class A Felony for embezzlement.

Court documents say Fargo Police were called to Shorestone Development for fraud on October 26.

The owner told the officer that his chief operating officer had been embezzling money from the company for three years.

He said Lindgren had access to all five bank accounts used by the his five businesses, as well as his personal accounts.
