LIVE: Mixing It Up At the Holidays

FARGO — ‘Tis the season for celebration.

And downtown hot spot Rosewild is helping you celebrate your creativity for the holidays.

That’s why Rosewild and its talented troupe of food and drinks experts is sharing tips with the Morning Show live on how you can create holiday cocktails like theirs for your own gatherings.

They just launched their new winter holiday drink and dishes menu.

One of the offerings is a lingonberry rosemary margarita.

It starts with seasonally-appropriate citrus-based orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, and traditional tequila.

Then, you make a simple syrup of lingonberries, infused with rosemary, before adding it to the remaining margarita ingredients.

They also brought a mochatini to sample, sure to be popular with Santa and Mrs. Claus, plus other cookie fans, when the famous couple stops by Rosewild for their Christmas Eve event.

General Manager Justin Clark says they hit busy season right around Thanksgiving and don’t expect the crowds to let up until after New Year’s.
