LIVE: All the Flavors of Cello
FARGO — Got a taste for variety?
The FM Symphony Opera wants you to get your fill at their upcoming Cello-bration.
The cellists of the symphony are sharing the sweet sounds of their strings this Sunday in downtown Fargo.
It’s the latest in a series of “fun-size” performances.
And as the show’s tag line goes, “There’s always room for cello.”
It will feature music like the iconic “Habanera” from Bizet’s “Carmen.”
They’ll also have favorites by Dvorak and Bach.
The cellists will also perform modern pieces by artists like Usher, Coldplay, and the Rolling Stones.
Cellist Lindsay Schwartz joined the Morning Show with fellow cellists Elise Buffat Nelson and Bill Comita to share a sneak preview and explain why the cello can give you such a wide variety of musical flavors.
