Hope, Inc. Hosts Adaptive Track Meet
The organization seeks to uplift those with mobility issues, so a wide range of competitors were seen enjoying themselves.

MOORHEAD, MN – Cheers echoed off the walls at Olson Forum at Concordia College for Hope, Inc’s Winter Adaptive Track Meet.
The non-profit offers sports and recreational activities for people with mobility issues.
Those issues can take on many forms, so there were many categories available for racers at the meet.
Walkers, wheelchairs, power chairs and more were seen hustling down the track.
Both participants and organizers alike said that the spirit of togetherness that came from the event was what made it truly uplifting.
“I love watching the joy of the kids and the families,” said Bill Grommesh, executive director of Hope, Inc. “It’s a very special event.”
When 13-year-old Sierra was asked for her feelings on the event, she simply responded, “Awesome. I loved it.”
