Man Dies After An Apartment Fire in Warren, MN

WARREN, Minn. (KVRR) — A fire Monday night at the Landmark Apartments in Warren, Minnesota has left a tenant dead.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Office says firefighters entered the apartment around 9:50 p.m. and the kitchen was on fire.
They say the tenant had come home and put groceries on the counter and range top, and the range top was on.
The tenant was burned and had smoke inhalation.
He was taken to North Valley Health Center before being moved to Altru in Grand Forks and then to a burn unit in the Twin Cities.
The man died of his injuries on Tuesday.
