Underpass project to begin on Monday at 42nd Steet and Demers Avenue in Grand Forks
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — Work will begin Monday in Grand Forks on the 42nd Street and Demers Avenue Intersection project.
City staff says the initial phase of the underpass project will have minimal impacts to traffic.
They say larger impacts to traffic will occur later this summer.
It will be the beginning of a two year project that will result in 42nd Street having an underpass under both Demers Avenue and the railroad crossing.
