Sanford Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine invites student athletes for sports physicals

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Student-athletes preparing for the 2026-2027 sports season can soon start their preparations.
Sanford Health Fargo Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is offering student-athletes the opportunity to schedule and get their sports physical.
The physical is meant to ensure the students’ safe participation in sports and includes a physical exam.
Students with any questions regarding their health are also able to ask them during their appointment.
“With the upcoming sports and everything, we are doing so much more. And we’re doing three sports or two sports at a time, and we’re playing year-round without getting any rest. And it’s very important that we recover, we give our body enough rest and recovery so that we can continue to do these sports long term for ten, twelve, fourteen years instead of just a few short years,” said Dr. Christopher Grenz, Sports Medicine Physician.
Appointments are required with a $50 fee.
Tuesday, May 5, from 4 to 7 p.m.
