Trail hauling grain products derails near Ogema, MN
OGEMA, Minn. (KVRR) — The cause of a train derailment near Ogema, Minnesota is under investigation.
White Earth Tribal Police says the derailment on Monday temporarily blocked County Road 18.
An early investigation confirmed that were no hazardous materials in the rail cars that derailed, they were loaded with grain products.
Around twenty train cars derailed.
There were no reports of injures and police say there is no known threat to public safety.
