FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Following the success of the film “Roommate”, which was shot, acted, and directed by local talent, many of the same crew members are teaming up again for a new movie – and they’re looking for even more participants.

Filmmaker Zeapoe Matalda is almost ready to begin shooting “America’s Most Wanted”, an action comedy about a college student who unwittingly rises to the top of the Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.

As for roles to fill, they’ve got a wide variety, from key characters to background extras.

The local arts community says that visibility is vital for expanding the scope of their projects.

“I like film. I love doing this, so I want people to know what’s going on,” said Jessica Hayes, director of Roommate.

“When I was younger, I wouldn’t have known any of this stuff was going on, unless people like you would have come out and interviewed those folks.”
