Grand Forks Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

A Grand Forks man has pleaded guilty to child porn charges.

44-year-old Alan Eslinger is accused of receiving and possessing child porn.

Homeland Security traced the IP address to a computer in the industrial park.

The BCI helped them pinpoint the user as Eslinger.

He faces up to 80 years in prison when he’s sentenced in September.
