Knodel Back in Court
The West Fargo teacher accused of having sex with a student in 2009 was back in court.
A judge ruled that a polygraph done on Aaron Knodel, that he passed, will not be allowed unless its accuracy can be determined before the trial.
A handwriting expert will be allowed to testify.
Knodel was charged last August with five counts of felony corruption or solicitation of a minor.
He’s accused of having sex with a then 17-year-old student.
His trial is set to begin later this month in Fargo.
