Three Arrested in Alleged Assault at Cass County Courthouse

An assault outside the Cass County courthouse leads to the arrest of three men.

Atan Beganovic, 29. Nurija Beganovic, 34, and 36-year-old Izet Beganovic  were arrested around 1:00 this afternoon after a Cass County deputy witnessed the alleged assault.

Authorities say the assault stemmed from a previous argument with the victim.

All three men were charged with simple assault.

One of the men was also charged for carrying a concealed weapon and had a warrant out for his arrest.
